RESORT OF BOROVETS
 Borovets is the oldest international and most popular mountain resort in Bulgaria. It is located at 1350 above the sea level (with highest tracks at 2600 m), on the Northern slopes of Rila mountain among age-old pinewoods, at the foot of Mousala peak (2925 m) the highest one on the Balkan peninsula. Borovets is easily accessible, being at a distance of only 70 km from Sofia (the capital of Bulgaria) and 126 km from Plovdiv.
RESORT OF PAMPOROVO
 The sunniest Bulgarian winter resort with wonderful snow through out the season, Pamporovo is the southernmost skiing centre in Europe. A modern mountain resort in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains, the legendary mountain of the mythical singer Orpheus. The resort is situated 1650 m. above sea level, at the foot of Snezanka Peak (1962 m), in a region famous for its unique folklore traditions. Located 85 km away from Plovdiv and 160 km. from Sofia, Pamporovo is extremely suitable for recreation and sports.

SKI HOLIDAYS IN THE RESORT OF BANSKO
 Bansko is a ski resort number one in Bulgaria. It is situated in South-Western Bulgaria at the foot of the Pirin mountains. The mountain is a natural preserve included in the World Natural Heritage list. Bansko is just 150 km. from Sofia and 300 km. from Thessaloniki, Greece. It’s the newest Bulgarian winter resort, recently discovered by foreign tourists. It provides an interesting combination of the virgin nature of the Pirin mountain and the atmosphere of the ancient small Bulgarian towns.
 The total length of the marked ski runs, including ski roads is 65 km. The attitude of the highest ski run is 2600 km., and the attitude of the lowest one is 990 m. The total capacity of the ski runs is 10 000 persons per day. Bansko offers to its guests a unique 16-kilometer uninterrupted ski run, starting from Todorka Peak (2600m.) at the highest point of the ski center, all the way to the base station of the Gondola lift at the outskirts of the town. The last 7 km. of the slope are lighted, and the entire facility is equipped with artificial snow machines to ensure a great skiing experience even in warmer conditions. The existence of excellent quality crisp white snow on the runs is made possible by their regular maintenance by 12 Kassbohler snow grooming machines. Snow is guaranteed from December until May by 40 TechnoAlpin snow cannons.
SKI HOLIDAYS IN HOTEL DOBARSKO

The hotel I situated only 17 km. from the mountain resort of Bansko, in the village of Dobarsko, which is located on 1070 m. above sea level in the southern outskirts of the Rila Mountains.
